Seat Belt Question???
To start my car is an 81 SC conversion to a 993 wide body convertible. I am getting ready to replace some worn out seat belt parts and have a question, I know for sure that I need to replace the upper and lower seat belt covers as shown in the first picture but is there any kind of covering that is suppose to go over the metal support that comes up to hold the actual seat belt (See second picture) The reason I ask is cause I was looking at the December Performance Products catalog on page 206 and there is a picture of a part “E” that looks like it might cover this.
If anyone knows or has pictures please let me know, I plan on ordering soon and want to ensure I have all the right parts..

They don't have to be covered but if you want to, the factory 94 speedster used them . They are made of black convertible top cloth. Have your local upholstery guy make one.
