so where can i get some hound tooth fabric for my seat?

There was a guy with some who was posting here or on Samba, or maybe both. He wanted like $495 for it all, if I recall. Search houndstooth...

Found loads of it at a local fabric store. Look around and bet you can find it.

Be careful grabbing random houndstooth. If correctness is important to your restoration, it's really hard to find the exact material you need. There was a very informative thread a few months ago on early911sregistry.org that included vital info and pics.

On the other hand, if you just like houndstooth you can just buy what you like!
