rocker bolt frozen

removed all but one on each head no problem
these last 2 just don't seem to want to give
heated each up twice, sprayed some penetrant
thatlooked like the threads had soaked it up
but still nada. am i missing something or should i just keep heating cooling? keeps
twisting alan wrenches and alan socket combos
any advice would be great!@!@ thanks

You might try the heat and when it's still hot drip candle wax into the crevices. This works well on exhaust studs so it's worth a try. Worst case scenario, cam towers used aren't that expensive. Are the towers still attached to the engine? Is the engine still in the car? If they are out then there's always the venerable drill.(You may need a drill bit extension). Just replaced a customers clutch on their East Coast Subaru Legacy and had to use the old Fire Wrench on virtually EVERYTHING so I feel your pain.

thanks for the reply, not sure what you mean
by candlewax... head off of car on bench.
tried heating w/oxy/acet and have heated several times. have drilled a pilot hole
in thru bolt about 1/2"t but that didn't
seem to do much.. guess i should take it
to a macine shop but its starting to get
personal, custom made an easy out to fit
alan head opening,brazed on socket, air hamm
er low for awhile, nada but i'll keep at it.thanks again
