Porsche automobile insurance--NJ
Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations for car insurance for a 96 C2in the State of NJ? I currently am using State Farm and the rates are taking my breath away.

I use State Farm here in Louisiana (law suit capital of the world) where we have ambulance chasing lawyers advertising on the 6 o'clock news every evening, encouraging people to just sign up for their $250,000 settlement. So every "scratch off lottery loser" still has a chance of making it big some day. What I mean is there is more to an insurance company than just their rate. State Farm will be there if you need em. C.Y.A.

I tend to agree with you, rstoll. I've heard of cheaper, smaller companies that are out there. But it's kind of worrisome that they might not be there when you need them. I never knew that LA was such a litigous state. Thanks for your input.

If you already have 2 cars, one for you and one for your wife, and this is a third vehicle, be sure to mention that to your insurance agent. Let him know that this car is not a daily driver. Your rates should be considerably lower for a pleasure vehicle.
