Will C4 engine lid fit my 69 body?

I'm thinking about retrofitting the power spoiler engine lid on my 69 narrow body and want to make sure a C4 lid will fit the dimension. I realize the lid brackets will need to be changed and have read the tech post and sent an email to Mattman for that piece of work. But I'm not sure if the C2 and C4 lids are the same dimension. Any help me out on this?

yes. you need to make hinges and there are some conversion steps to it but I've done it and others have too. Seach here and you'll find more.

964 decklids have the same dimensions as early cars. Contact Matt-man to discuss hinges.

Hi, are you sure you want to put a power spoiler on a longhood? It'll fit with hinge modification or adaptor.

I'm restoring the car, but not to original condition and I'm not interested in going the RS route. Quite honestly, I like the clean looks of the car the way it is but want some lift reduction in the rear at higher speeds. the 964 lid has a little lip and a black grill and I'm thinking how I might be able to make a bright grill so the whole package comes close to original shape and flavor.
