wiper arm for RHD car
Just ordered new wiper arms from our host, I have yet to collect them.
Thinking about it, my car is RHD. So one of these arms, the bent one, probably wont fit, right? This is because our hosts sells mainly to the LHD market. On the Pelican site, there was no RHD or LHD specification in the item descriptions, so I am wondering if Porsche actually makes a RHD bent wiper arm, or they just manualy bend the LHD version the other way! My dillemma is to try and bend the new part when it arrives or try and source a RHD one. Any comments welcome. ps Dont ask me why I'm buying new wiper arms.... ![]() |

I think that when people here in LHD cars reverse the parking of their wipers, they just bend the one bent arm the other direction. I imagine that a search on reversing wiper arms will detail for you how people change over from arms that rest on the left to arms that rest on the right (as yours in your RHD car do). Or make the change over to having them stop on the left, so as not to impede the view down your hood! Many people here in the US seem to do it for aesthetic reasons. I have not but know that I've read a bit about it. Good luck.
