Another engine Nbr. help...
Please,
I have just read the book from Wayne but I didnīt find this engine number. Can you tell me if there is anything missing or is it a special engine not listed ? #362383# I can also read something which is not very clear, like "PA" before the number. Is it possible ? Thanks Ed |

I realize this is a very old thread, but there was no resolution.
In 1969 the engine serial numbers started 6x9yzzz where x was 1, 2 or 3 for T, E & S and y further defined the engine type. Your engine does not follow this scheme. Further, the number is probably preceded by TA that designated a replacement engine. A photo of the engine # would help. Also, look for the engine type & build #'s that should be close by. Thank you,
In fact it is not my car. By that time it was a car on sale near my location. My car # are *6391416* and the Serial and build are 901/10 and 22731 Thanks again |
