1977 911 Targa Value

I'm considering purchasing a 77' 911 Targa with an 83' 3.0L engine and am questioning the value. The body is in great shape, red, along with the black leather interior. The underside is also in excellent shape. The engine runs very well, but I think it will need a valve and chain tensioner adjustment in the near future (it has upgraded oil fed tensioners). The engine does have a minor but annoying oil leak and although the targa top is restored and does not leak, water does make it easily onto the passenger side rear floor board when it rains. I'm guessing a weather stripping problem? What is a reasonable price for this car? Thanks
