Rust Removal on a Porsche... help!

I have a small amount, about a 3-inch square, of surface rust starting under the battery.

1) What should I use to remove the rust?
2) What should I use to prime the surface to prevent more rust?

Thanks in advance.

I think there was a thread pretty recently about dealing with battery spills and subsequent metal damage.

Cheers

Get the area sand blasted then prime seal it with DP40.
