ER front monoball installation ?

Hi is that anyone can tell me how to install er front monoball the problem is the front susp is apart in my garage I cant take it to the shop. is it need spot weld? pls tell me the right way to install it property thanks for your input.

The monoball installation is really easy. You should have received an instruction pamphlet with them from Elephant racing. If you didn't, you can contact them & they will probably send you one. Basically you just remove the old rubber mounts from the shock tower (you can cut them out). Insert the ER monoball assembly up through the hole in the tower, threaded portion up. Screw the large nut down onto the threads, paying some attention to the unit being centered in the hole. Torque it to 50 ft.lb. (you will probably have to get somebody to help hold it while you torque it). Drill a 3/32 hole through one of the flat faces of the top big nut through the threaded part & insert a cotter pin to keep the nut from turning off. Then your strut shaft is inserted through the round sleeve of the assembly & tighten the nut onto the shaft. Your done, except for wheel alignment. Good luck.

Steve I tried replying to your email but it was blocked....

Anyways, pretty much like Marv describes. I have tack welded them in on a couple of cars but I don't think it is required at all.
