Mechanics creepers
I use a mid-size scissor lift in my garage and was looking for a good, comfortable creeper. I am a big guy with a bad back, and it is a pain, literally, to slide in and out from under the car. I was looking at several creepers including the bone, and some padded models like this one from Whiteside , the Craftsman models, Lisle, etc.. I looked at the Kreepster, but that is way to rich for my blood, and besides, that bar across the middle looks mighty uncomfortable.
I realize that a lot of you work in the industry and use 2 or 4 post full rise lifts, but at some point you must have had to "rough it". As always, I am grateful for your opinions, so lets have them. Whiteside

I have an older Griot's Garage creeper that my kids gave me. It has the adjustable back/neck support. It works pretty well if you have your 911 up high enough. However, I usually have a lot of stuff on the floor (drop light wires, screwdrivers, etc.) beside me so often I inadverently pin the wheels which makes not want to use a creeper. YMMV.
