Good Idle Hunting

Was reading "Up Fixin" where Bruce talked about idle trouble. Nobody's been whining about this lately but its only a matter of time. He did discuss something that has come up recently - where the idle stays at whatever speed you put it using the gas pedal and the clutch.

FWIW, he points out that this must be sticking centrifugal weights in the distributor. He makes a good argument that this must be the cause, and I agree.
