Daytona 2007 - My *best* pictures
Still in Daytona, had a great time. Heading home Monday.

Great pics, did you have to have a special class of ticket to get into some of those areas. I'm interested in going next year but want to make sure I get best access pass/ticket. Thanks

We were with Team Seattle and Ruby Tuesday teams.
We entered the hot pits at will during the race - unless you slip in during the middle of the night (many do, "don't do it"), you will absolutely need a hot pit access directly via a race team. Hot pits are where the fuel and frenzied activity are - very tight in there. We went anywhere and everywhere. You can get 90% of the fun with a 'garage pass' and a 3 day ticket.

It was cool to see JPM get a win his 1st time out. Great pic of him is that the wife and kid in the background?
I might have to head out there next year. We are toying with heading over to Sebring for the 12 hour. Great pics keep em coming.

But it sucks that Porsches did so poorly in the GT class - they couldn't get more than 6 in the top 10?  |

so what were the final GT class results? I heard a GT car came in 11th overall behind the 10 DP cars.
