Hagerty insurance

I have a bunch of car here in California, but for some new computing system, my rate with CSAA went up a lot just for my 911 . I called Hagerty after reading a post here and talked to some very friendly staff. Their rate ended up so much better ( 1/4 of my current carrier ) that I switched with them.
My question today will be how do you guys rate them as far as claims efficiency and fairness. Their rates are so incredible that one can't help but wonder what would happen if help was needed .....
