Engine pictures after your rebuild
I've searched and spent countless hours looking for photos of engines on Pelican and I've found a few but I'm still looking for ideas on how I'm going to finish the valve covers, intake, fan and basically the entire engine compartment.
My car is an 87 with the 3.2, not looking for anyting crazy, just a nice looking engine compartment when my rebuild is complete. If you have any links to previous posts or pictures of your completed engine detailing please post them or email to bjhintgen@mchsi.com As always I'm looking to learn from you guys. With any luck I'll have it running in a month or so. Thanks Brian

I am a big fan of the stock look, perhaps a fan color change or something simple and tasteful..

No a big fan of the "stock" engine look. Stock "looking" everything else...

Those are great pictures,
Jeff, I've seen your pictures before and used your valve covers as the template to how I painted mine. Fernando, Did you paint your mass flow air meter? Looks nice and was something I had thought about. Todd, What kind of muffler are you running? Keep the pictures coming Brian

Brian,
Yeap, just clean the mass flow meter and paint if you'd like. Good luck. |
