Oil Pressure

Hi!

1974 911S 2.7

Car runs, sounds awesome. Normal puffs of smoke on start-up, totally gone within 2 min. Zero oil leaks. On start, oil pressure is steady at 0. When pushing the throttle, the preesure goes to max… Someone know what the problem is?

Thanks!

Joachim Myhre

your pressure should be around 1 bar which would be around 1000 rpm at idle. pressure should rise and follow rpm range.
