Should I be worried ? my car has 2 small paint bubbles growing slowly on the front wing to lower screen panel joint.

Kinda. It's a common rust area and if you were to remove the windshield and blast all the paint and rust away you would see some "Swiss cheese" perforations there. Is your car falling apart? No.

Yes and no. You can slow it down by getting a cavity wax type rust preventer and wetting out the area. Pop the bubbles because there will be water trapped under them and you need to get the wax in. Buy a few cans of the spray type and get under the car and wet out any supicous areas. Including the other side of the bubbles you can see. If you do the above you can leave the bubbles until you decide to do a propre tear down, rust fix and repaint a few years into the future. I did and it din't get any worse.
