I have my 1973 transmission apart at the shop. It is OK, but we will be reversing the 3rd gear synchro ring and reassembling. My friend wants to use all new roll pins in the reassembly. I tried the Pelican catalog first and could not find anything.
I found one of the part numbers in the factory manual, but cannot seem to find the others. Any ideas where to find the part numbers and order the parts? Thanks, Rob Channell

From the '72-'73 911 factory parts catalogue (paper edition):
For '73 915 5-speed 1 each 900.095.050.00 4 x 26 DIN 1481 - clutch release bearing fork to clutch release shaft (on flywheel side of bell housing). 2 each 900.308.009.00 spiral 3.5 x 18 DIN 7343 - secure detents in gear housing. 1 each 900.309.005.00 spiral 4 x 26 DIN7344 - for castellated nut on first gear shaft. 1 each 900.309.005.00 spiral 4 x 26 DIN7344 - in 5th/reverse shift rod. And if you're really obsessive: 1 each 900.021.007.00 Cotter pin (split pin) 2 x 12 DIN95 - secures pin that links shift lever to main shift rod. |
