Broke something in/on my tranny..help!!

Was racing off the line against a MB (I hate myself sometimes) redlined it in first pulled it down to 2nd, not sure if I missed the shift, I think I never got there. Well long story short it wont go into 2nd. Limped home using 1st and 3rd. SOOOO... I don't think it's the synchros (they were rebuilt 5k ago, not that that would matter) It's feels like their is rubber stopping me from goung into 2nd. Bushings?? Best guess, anyone

probably blew the teeth off the 2nd gear syncro hub. drain the oil and see if there are little teeth in the drainplug magnet. don't drive it if there are, or the rest of the "now free to travel around inside your transmission" syncro pieces can go through the gears.
