1967 meteor grey metallic paint

At this years RGruppe Treffen, there was an absolutely stunning silver/grey metallic 1967 S with a red interior. I tried to make contact with the owner, but was unable to meet up with him. A few really nice gentlemen tried to help (Bob Tilton and Neil) but we couldn't reach him.

My question is, does anyone know what color that car is painted? It is not as light as silver, and not as dark as grey. I want to paint my 1970 911T the same color, and hope to get a paint code, or at least confirmation of the proper name.

Thanks to all,

Perry Lindsey

P.S. the guys at the Treffen were really nice. I am not a member, but they were really knowledgable and pleasant to speak with. It was a great time!

There is also a meteor grey metallic listed on the Glasurit site for the 2006-2008 Carrera:

Meteor grey seems darker to me. Asuuming it is a factory standard or optional color for 1967, it could be:

Slate Grey 6601
Stone Grey 75741
Light Grey 75742
Cloudy Grey R7030
Beige Grey 70192
Silver Metallic 6851/96024

No idea which, although it is a very nice color combination. Wish I owned one like it.
