"S" front bumper availability
 

Is the "S" fr bumper still available NOS or repro? If so, where and how muchas?

Dave Buhain has one that I know of. MS Road Race. I think he wanted $1300. NOS

Good point - a bumpie like a 72/73 S. Don't know what year it started.

The 'S' bumper was introduced for the 1972 models.

became standard on e in 73.
you can get new fiberglass from certain catalogue vendors.
nos go for $1000+.
beat up ones go for $400-650 on ebay.
good luck, finding one will take patience.

toomany911s (Ian) had one for sale recently.

A 69S does not have the bumper he's looking for. I was thinking older not newer....:D

I have one I'd sell for a lot less than $1300, like around $500.
Off a '73S that had factory air, the protective bars bent the lower lip a bit
but could be easily straightened. Other than that, in good shape. PM if interested and I'll pull it out and take some pics.
