MFI experiences

Hello

i've almost finished my 2.7RS engine rebuilt,
and wonder if someone has tried another MFI pump timing ?
Porsche probably designed it at its best...
but who knows :)

First, we demand more pics!

Regarding MFI pump timing, I have found that the car will run (pretty well actually) at almost any pump timing. However, it is very easy to set it "correctly", and it just makes sense that you would want to optimize the plunger stroke with the position of the valve. I think ignition timing is much more important, and a better way to optimize power.

Beautiful job! As far as pump timing goes, as long as you are running the S/RS engine cams, I would believe it would be very difficult to improve on the factory MFI set-up.
