rear bumper wiring

While reinstalling the rear bumper after the engine install, there are 2 wires on the drivers side that look similar to the plate light wiring that I don't know where they go. The color of both wires is beige, and have a hard covering. They run up by the rear bumper shock. Any thoughts on if they are grounds or what?

no it's a us version. My thoughts were possibly a ground
