Correct Jack for 1984 ???

Any one know which of these would be correct for a 1984 Carrera (U.S. car if it matters)?
When did they make the change?

I did not see a P/N change in the PET catalog. TIA for the help!

Small foot on my '84 Carrera. I'm not sure how the large foot would fit in its place. The small foot fits into a cradle that's welded to the body.

Mattcamp: Thanks for the info.

PorscheGuy79: Yeah your right... Would not want to have any body parts under the car while using this thing.
