1973 911e targa

hey all. i will be a proud new owner of a 73 911e targa. i will be doing a full restoration of the car. my question. it has a few coats of paint on it. i will be taking it down to bare metal. where can i find the paint code for the car, the owner says its glacier blue. but that doesnt ring a bell. any help would be great. tony

There should be a paint code tag on the driver's door pillar.

didnt fin one on the door pillar. is it also stamped any place?

Can't tell where you are from in the world, but if you contact Porsche Cars of North America (for us in the U.S.) you can give them your VIN number and for a small fee get a Certificate of Authenticity which usually includes color, options, engine and transaxle numbers. Good luck.
