CIS pistons w/ zenith carbs?

As I look at my project of taking my 2.4-2.7 i am looking at building this motor for the best price I can. I am going to incorporate components from my 2.2 like my zeniths. the question I have is I got a set of pistons of the CIS typ with the offset dome. Although I would like to go to a S type piston I think I might have to stick with what I got for a while. What type of problems will this type of piston give me with the zenith's.
-also should I run Headers w/Bursh exhaust(it's on my 2.2) or ssi's w/stock exhaust.

Thanks

I don't reaally see a problem with the CIS pistons, but I think you should clearly identify them as Mahle Nikasil's rather than the KS Alusils' ... but they will, of course, limit your cam selection to 964, or maybe 'E' as the most aggressive. If the cylinders are indeed Nikasil, you might consider JE 9.5 to 1 pistons to go in them, as they would be just fine with 'S' or GE-60 grind cams!

The Zeniths should work fine; you might have to re-jet idle & main jets. If you need jets, email me.
