3.8 head 3 ring /head cut

Help,
Rebuilding a 3.8 built off a 964 case. The heads have a 3 ring seal detail which was popular 3-5 years back. Heads are 964 re cut for larger valves with replacement barium seats.
1.) where can I get new ring gaskets
2.) what is the retro fit if any to re cut these heads to a new or better seal detail.
For those not familiar with this the head has an inner ,middle band and outer copper looking gasket that seals into itself as the head is torqued to the cylinder. Mostly high end race stuff. I need your experience and thoughts on were to get new rings made or what to replace with.

Regards
TSheehan
