Wing Vent Re-chrome?
 

I'm having the door window frames of my '71 Targa re-chromed, and want to know if anyone has successfully disassembled the wing vents to have those plated as well. The first challenge is the pins for the release levers. I assume I can drill those out. But if I manage to get the glass out of the frames, I'm not sure that I'll be able to get them back together again.

Anyone have any advice? Is this an impossible task??
