Sheetmetal prices?
I need to replace a rusty LF fender. I think I found an OEM part that was installed just before the car was totaled. There is no undercoating so I can see the panel is perfect. Is $550 too much? Are there any parts that equal OEM quality for less $$$$?

550 USD is very close to the price I paid for my original Porsche front fender. With such an important part as a front fender you should really go all the way and buy original Porsche parts. I bought 2 original new front fenders from an official Porsche dealer earlier this year. Paid about 580 USD per fender. All new, fully galvanised and with 2 years guarantee.

You can buy used fenders in great shape for $275-350 all day long. I just sold a pair of 90 C4 fenders for $600 in perfect condition, never damaged, no repairs.
