cold blower shield

Hi, some time ago, my fibreboard shield panel got soaked,
that and a combination of old age as well,
meant it ripped just around the bolt fixings,
I put it aside for repair last winter, and it was mistaken for rubbish and thrown out!

Does anyone have either a suggestion for material I could source for a home made attempt at reproducing it,

and.... can someone offer some dimensions of the pattern layed out flat as a template

for me to re-cut a new one,

bit of a long shot but cheers anyway

Garage
you might try fiberglass, make up a cardboard mock-up, cover one side in fiberglass cloth, after hardening soak away cardboard with water and finsh the fiberglass as you wish. Don.
