Bugpack torsion bars
A fellow Pelican is selling "Bugpack" torsion bars that are apparently for a VW, but fits the 911. Anyone have experience with them? I am looking at 28mm, can they be trusted to be equivalent (within reason) to Sway-A-Ways?
Thanks, Ben |

What year 911 is the application?
Early VW Type III torsion bars are the same dimensions as pre-87 911 torsion bars. Bug-Pack are most likely repackaged Sway-A-Way, as most of their products are made by outside vendor and relabeled.

Sorry, my car is an 1981 RoW 911. I wondered how many people were actually making torsion bars in this day and age... seems like a very small market to target to have lots of vendors.
