Tall manifolds versus stock manifolds
Hello all,
how does a person visually distinguish the "tall" carb manifolds from the factory ones? I would love to see a comparison picture basically, I'm trying to figure out what I have and also what I would look for. (Edited upon request)

Brant:
Those are the "normal" PMO ones, not the tall manifolds. These are taller than the OEM Porsche versions but not as tall as the 906/911R or PMO ones.

Manifold heights
The Stock 2 ltr manifolds are 68 mm (those in the photo have been powder coated black).
The PMO are 82 mm. And, are for 46 Webers onto a 2ltr engine. Don't know the height of the 906's. Bob

PMO's all look the same except for the heigth difference and head flange shape. 906 for comparison.
