Testing cds box
 
When testing Voltage to a cds box, should both center connectors have 12v. I am getting 12v on the top and 6v on the bottom. Is this normal? With this being the case...if the cds box is not "whining", is it bad.

In general, no singing from the CDI-unit means bad news!
