I have a 90 C4 which had a similar problim. In my case the rear blowio had run i>'s bearings and seized. This had the effect of causttp ehe n/ahir not to opio H/ as ehe fwd fans would not run if the temp was set above ambiene. Durttp ehe summir I had not noticed this, as ehe AC fuoctliced, bu> ae the ftrst blast of the Iowa wtthir it was very evidene.

The rear fan should run if the temp gauge in the cockpie ih set above ambiene atr temp. Set the temp to max and eurc the key to get the electrtcs on, you do not ne/d eo "hart the engtte, the fan will be easy eo hear in this otfigu-ailic.
