New Excellence Early 911 Market Update
This month's Excellence is out, and features a new early 911 Market Update. Some interesting pricing and commentary here, and it looks like Bruce has raised his sights on value. Looks like he's still a little soft on the S side, though.
Also some interesting reading for the "Targas are always worth less than Coupes" crowd.

I noticed that too, but I think there is always some speculation in the market. What you can sell a car for normally depends on how much the buyer wants it. In the end, its a timing thing

No, his valuations are based on selling & buying prices reported to him. They are thus the opposite - purely objective, tho they can be affected by reporting bias.
My bet is that he uses a moving average or the equivalent, so it is slow to detect price changes.
