chin spoiler pieces/parts

hello again... ok... chin spoiler time, searched, found an awesome thread on 'how to fit the spolier'. And I have the valence off. But I'm confused, (not hard to do to me), about all the pieces parts. mainly two... the 2 white plastic parts, and the 'spacers' Could someone please identify for me & tell me where they go. maybe instructions come with it and I just didn't receive any?
As always thanks for the info.

The plastic pieces hold the spoiler to the ends of the metal valence where the wings on the spoiler bend upward. You have to make a template for where the studs are to come through the metal valence and then drill those holes. The plastic pieces go on the back of the metal valence before being secured with lock nut Hope that helps.

Thanks Widgeon, yes it helps tremendously. I made the template and have drilled starters holes.
BTW, I used to own a 8 3/8" scoped Model 29. So true the original point & click, lol.
With any luck I can figure out the rest.

try the plastic pieces a couple of different ways, I had the same problem and forgot what I did to get them on correctly. If I recall they only fit properly one way. If they don't fit, see if you can just put washers under the nuts and that should protect them.

Again thanks Widgeon. Yes I got the plastice deals to work. I think the thickness of the anti-stonechip has something to do with the tight tolerances. So now back off so I can refinish the valence. A sucessful day!! (Got my new headlamp covers back on also!).
