What is this?

Bought my first Porsche in August 2000, 85 row coupe. Had it just long enough to understand what PWS is . My question: what is the little rubber nipple thing that is attached to the interior roof of my car near the rear view mirror, and what does it do . Great board!

I believe it is a temperature sensor for the auto climate control. What's PWS?

I live in Boston, so mine only comes out on "nice" days. I can understand not being able to drive it at all!! UGH!

I hear you Bill, 80 degrees here. But then again, are P-cars are not geting the benifits of feeling frisky with the cold air.

We just got through the second snowiest month in Minnesota history, and I drove my P-car everyday in it. Best non-AWD snow vehicle I've driven!!!
