1987 911 Upper Strut Mount Assy
Well, due to the poor condition of the streets in Seattle, I am removing the mono-ball Upper strut Mounts and replacing with stock rubber parts.
Trouble is I don't have the correct hardware to complete the job, as the previous owner did not save the old spacers and washers. I have found the large upper support washer, but see a spacer in the illustrations that appears to go between the top of the Bilstein Strut and the bottom side of the Upper Strut Mount. I need to know the dimensions for this spacer, or whether it is needed with the Bilstein Struts. Incidentally, I have removed the entire front and rear suspension parts with Elephant bushings installed and replaced the whole kit with new old stock rubber bushed suspension arms, front and rear. This Elephant set installed on the front lower Track Control Arms and rear Spring Plates, will be for sale, low miles, probably less than 5,000 on the bushings etc. Thanks for any info you might offer, John

John,
Why don't you try to do a trade, since you need some parts that someone else aready has? |

I think Smart Racing Products should have what you need. I think you're talking about the thick aluminum washer, but I'm not sure. I don't have a spacer down there, just a washer.
