HOW TO COOL YOUR 911
has anyone seen or tried the " cool collar" sold on this website. an interesting idea. "why didn't i think of that". i ordered one . a 10% oil temp reduction for $40.00 bucks, how could you go wrong.

Yeah, who has the data and just how good can it be. Cooling fins? The "heat sheet" had it own thread awhile ago and although it sounds like a great idea, someone who installed them mentioned that they saw about a needles width worth of difference and that's heat dissipation off the block! How could a collar with fins reduce oil temps by 10% considering oil volume and flow and confinement in a tight hot engine compartment? Show me the data.......
