89 3.2 pulling tothe right on braking
Good morning guys/girls
my 89 had a slight pull to the right on hard braking . My mechanic diagnosed it perfectly . said probably a brake hose restriction . He recommended original hose over the braided ones . He told me that they are more restrictive and every time his customer installed the braided hoses they said the braking wasn't as good as original . Installed all 4 hoses and instantly no pull and super straight braking . Thanks Don from Auto Deist in Oxnard , Ca

Good mechanic. I threw my braided lines away long ago.

Interesting. I replaced my hoses with "stock" rubber hoses several years ago when I upgraded my brakes to S calipers.
My pedal was spongy, forever, no matter how much I bled the system. I put stainless hoses on an now my pedal is nice and hard. I wonder if it has something to do with the booster on newer cars?

Can't say I've ever had to deal with that. I put stainless lines on my car 9 1/2 years ago and it's been good. Probably close to 80% track use for the last roughly 8 years.
