is there someone who can tell me what de most frequent torque settings are for the rebuild of a P 911 10/80 3.000cc ex; headstuds; valverockers; covers etc...

is 1lb/ft equal to 0.45 kg/m

1 lb-ft = 0.1383 kg-m

1 kg-m = 7.2329 lb-ft

Thanks Warren i did not find any info on this so when they say studs 29lb/ft = 4kg/m
is this correct for the headstuds?

Rafi,

Yes, that is the correct value for the lower row of Dilivar studs on a 3.0 SC engine.

The top row of steel studs only gets 3.3 kg-m, or 25 lb-ft, though!
