Wide fender flairs

I like the wide fender look, and I'm thinking about adding them to my 86 carrera.I've seen some pictures of fenders that look wider than the turbo kits, are these RSR fenders, and does anyone have any experience or recommendations?Does anyone in the Gallery have fenders wider than 930's,so I can see how they look.

Yes, the true '74 RSR flare package was for 10.5" and 14" wheels in comparison to the Turbo flares intended for 9" and 11" Fuchs! The '74 RSR flares also feature air inlets and outlets for 915 transmission oil coolers! If you look closely at the eBay ad below, you can see the air ducts in the fender flares, though they split the front duct instead of an accurate single opening:

Speaking of RSR conversions what does it take to convert the wheels to centerlock? I guess the parts are really rare for an authentic look.

The hub adapter for center-lock wheels is shown on p. 196 of Bruce Anderson's Porsche 911 Performance Handbook, 2nd edition.

What about the wheels themselves? Where do you get them?
