Engine miss upon spring start up

After numerous small winter projects I decided to install my new optima battery this weekend and fire her up. Started right up however seems to have a slight miss...rough idle. I popped the cap off and it looked fine...wires are new, plugs have 1000 miles on them. Last start up was November and i left about a 1/8 tank of fuel in the tank. Possible ethanol issue? i added some seafoam to the tank thinking if anything it couldn't hurt...
Any advice on where to start looking? I let her run for a bit to see if it would clear up but it never changed. I cant take it out just yet as i took out the windshield a few weeks ago and have yet to put the new one back in.
Any advice appreciated!!

From your description, I would take it for a long drive to use up the old fuel and run a fresh tank of premium through it before adjusting or replacing any parts. Also, try looking into the engine compartment with all the lights off, and see if you see any arcing.
