anyone with polished nuts with black Fuchs inserts?

I was thinking off taking Scotch Brite to my lug nuts that were once anodized but now kinda black/kinda bronze. Not very attractive especially since the wheels are in really good shape. Does anyone have polished nuts on traditional black fuchs?

I polished all my lugs, I also polished the raised portion of the center cap. I like the way it looks.

I am sorry, but if I had my nuts polished I would not show them to everybody. But the stories I could tell!!

What do you guys think of that look? If I used Scotch Brite, would I get the same effect?
