Front Flares

I know this may sound lame but is there a difference in the front flares on a stock '74 Carrera and a stock '74 Coupe like mine? I realize the rear flares on a Carrera are wider but are the front flares any wider? I would like my '74 Coupe to resemble a '74 Carrera and I'm trying to see exactly which body parts I will need.
The reason I am asking this is that the Fuchs continued to get wider on both the front and the rear as the 911 evolved. Are wider front flare necessary to run a 7" x 15" Fuch on the front of a '74 Coupe?
Does anyone make rear, steel, Carrera-width flares to retro-fit non-flared cars or is it "go to the recyclers, cut off the flares and body-fit them" proposition.

fronts are the same for carrera....turbo is a different story...
