Door Wiring

I am mounting a map light on my passenger door and have no provision for wiring between the body and door (since the car never had speakers or power windows). The only penetration besides the stop is the interior light switch, but I'm not sure it would look too clean to go through there.

Anybody care to describe how and where wires, factory or otherwise, exit the foward jamb and enter the door? Pictures will be counted as bonus!
