911 Headlights and Trim Rings

I'm confused on the differences between the different 911 headlight setups and what they came on.

Can anyone explain the differences - hopefully using pics.

4 types - sealded beams, H1's, H4's and H5's?
Were all the rings different?
What came on what year standard?
What came on what year optional?
What about Euro compared to USA?

Thanks-

H-5's were standard on 87-89. The trim rings were only used for the H-5. H-4 trim rings are different and the H-5 and euro h-4 are often mistaken for the same headlight. No aiming nubs on the h-4.
Not much help on the others
