Anyone do business with Unwired Tools?

Installed a UTBoost product from Unwired Tools. It doesn't work properly, and they will not answer, or reply to customer support questions. Anyone else dealt with these folks? They make some other interesting products, but if this is the kind of customer support service that they offer, We'll pass on the other stuff.

Anybody else dealt with these guys? Was reading their website concerning digital replacement WUR's and Pelican is listed as a support forum. They look like interesting products but I'm not going to be first:)

I've been reading about their product on this thread:

It would appear that "fableson" on this forum is connected with Unwired Tools. I have not dealt with them, but the Digital WUR sounds interesting.

EDIT: just noticed that the first post was from 2007

I have been dealing with Unwired Tools for a little over a year. Having purchased a UTCIS-V to solve a regulator problem on a 1978 911 SC CIS problem and the experience has been extremely frustrating and to date the "Warranty Replacement" promised by Frank Ableson has yet to be shipped despite three dozen emails promising to ship. Promise after promise and no replacement unit.

OMG, be careful. I sent mine back for warranty replacement and have not received anything back other than 36 email promises and one bogus UPS tracking number that has yet to be tracked past the front door of Unwired Tools. This has gone on for seven months.

My experience is that this is a fraudulent outfit. I would caution anyone against giving them money. Maybe someone over the past couple of years has a different story, but I doubt it.
