braking g-force

If I can turn left and right with 1.2Gs and can only brake with .5Gs do I probably need better pads. I have been using metal masters and untill I got the data logger I thought they were working OK but it looks like I should be getting better braking. If I really stand on them they start to fade quickly. Stock brakes other than pads on 85' 911

tire grip is what you want to improve if you're goal is increased braking g's. bigger brakes improve modulation and resistance to fade.

if you can lock the wheels then you have a system that can maximize your current grip. the better brakes/pads/fluid will help repeat that maximum grip over repeated efforts with possibly less effort at the pedal.
