Front seatbelt removal from a '69 ??

Hello,
I am looking to replace the front seatbelts in my 1969 911T. I have the connection to the seats undone but where the belt mounts to the pillar I am not seeing how to un-bolt. There is a plastic cap and no real obvious way to pull off.
The factory manual doesn't cover this from what I can tell.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I will look over my other manuals as well as I wait for the West cost to wake up

Thanks,
Shane

Its very hared to describe. The plastic cover is captured by the bolt, so you have to fish the webbing up through the cover allowing the cover to flex up and away from the piller. This will expose the 19mm bolt head.

Tinker with it and you will figure it out.
